Midday yesterday, a 26 year old female, Bank of East Asia clerk, took her own life, jumping 21 floors. The BEA employee, working at the bank’s Wan Chai Harbour View office building, climbed out of the female bathroom window and fell to her death on the fourth floor platform. Her fall was noticeable as she was dressed in red.

Apple media reports show her brother came to the scene immediately, distraught. She was said to be very close to her family and had mentioned she was facing immense pressure at work.
