HK teens who trashed Taipei apartment now caught after wild run

The two Hong Kong teenage girls who trashed an apartment in Taipei by destroying all its appliances and leaving mountains of rubbish were caught in Tainan City, where they were vandalising another rented room.

They expressed no remorse and claimed that they escaped to Taiwan after getting framed for stealing mobile phones in Hong Kong and to avoid getting killed in China. Their plan was to spend all their money in Taiwan before committing suicide. When the two girls were caught, they were conspicuously dressed with brightly coloured, anime-like hair, which attracted the authorities attention.
