Hong Kong’s roads are fairly safe, with 2012 Traffic Department statistics showing that there were only 12 deaths per 1,000,0000 people that year—compared to 135 in Kuala Lumpur, 80 in Bangkok, 73 in Guangzhou and 32 in Singapore.
So when a bored Hongkonger decided to make a compilation video of car accidents, they’re mostly mild fender benders with some even slightly amusing incidents. There are a few hair-raising crashes, but nothing too serious. See the video for yourself below:
