VIDEO: McNuggets were sourced from supplier embroiled in rotten meat scandal

Because eating McDonald’s wasn’t bad enough for you already, Hongkongers following the Chinese rotten meat scandal have had their worst fears realized: Apple Daily reports that Hong Kong’s Mickey D’s have been confirmed to be using McNuggets from supplier Husi Food’s, of which the Shanghai branch was recently videotaped in middle of the despicable act of using expired and dirty meat.

We’re so not loving it.

McDonald’s reps on the other hand, have said that Hong Kong’s branches have been using ingredients from the Husi Food branch in Hebei, and not the one in Shanghai, from where the incriminating video surfaced.

Watch Apple Daily’s video on the information here:

Just yesterday we posted a story on Hongkongers’ increasing demand for weddings at McDonald’s branches. If you were considering having a McWedding, take the McNugget revelation as one more reason for you not to go through with it.

(How many McJokes can we make in two days you ask? So McMany!)
