Is that cocaine in your shorts or are you just happy to see me? 2kg of cocaine found in 68-year-old man’s compression shorts

On Wednesday, Hong Kong customs arrested a 68-year-old male airline passenger for smuggling about two kilograms of what they suspect to be cocaine. The estimated street value of the haul is a cool HKD2 million. The man was en route to Frankfurt, Germany, from Bogotá, Colombia (of course).

The man first aroused the Customs officers’ suspicions because “he looked cumbersome in his trousers”. We all have days like that, right? After a “personal search”, they found the cocaine under the elderly man’s compression shorts.

Though Customs neglected to describe how exactly the cocaine was concealed, judging from the compression shorts, and the shape of the two carefully moulded packs of cocaine we’re guessing this guy was using the drugs as padding for his buttocks. Perhaps he was hoping that Customs officers would attribute his excess baggage in the back to him coming from the same curvy Colombian stock as Sofía Vergara.
