We know that tensions are high in Mong Kok, but is it too much to ask that those trying to tear down the barriers refrain from stabbing those trying to protect them? Apparently so.
We were beyond shocked and appalled to see this video, uploaded to YouTube yesterday by Passion Times, that appears to show a wild-eyed barricade remover stabbing a pro-democracy protester shortly after smacking another in the face.
Thankfully it seems he failed to make full contact and the protester was okay, but with no reports about the incident yet, that’s only our hope.
