Hey, Nando’s fans. Stop flapping about the lack of Portuguese-style quick fix grilled chicken in Hong Kong and do something about it – that involves absolutely minimum effort.
Following in the footsteps of many great revolutions, a Facebook page has been set up in the hope of garnering enough likes to lure the kings of casual dining to the Fragrant Harbour.
Having not previously been touched since September 2011, Nando’s Fans Hong Kong took on a new lease of life over the Lunar New Year with several calls to action going out on the interweb since Feb. 19.
So far the page has attracted only 250 or so likes, despite inspired Hong Kong teaming tips such as turnip cake and Nando’s Peri-Peri sauce.
Will the Year of the Goat bring tasty chucks to this hungry tiger? Only time (and clicks) will tell.
