Prepare for swearing! ‘Chef Talks’ to take Hong Kong’s culinary experts out of the kitchen

You’ve scoffed their food, followed their Twitter rants and maybe even seen them on TV – but now it’s time to get up close and personal with Hong Kong’s most feared and revered master chefs!

Presented by Slow Food Hong Kong and The Fringe Club, “Chef Talks” will see eight of our celebrated culinary gurus reveal what motivates, annoys and inspires them in the kitchen.

First up on Tuesday, Mar. 3 is Umberto Bombana from 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA, with the rest of the lineup panning out (pun intended) as follows:

March 16 (Mon.): David Lai, Neighborhood & Nurdin Topham, NUR

March 30 (Mon.)” Vicky Lau, Tate Dining Room and Bar

April 14 (Tue.): Uwe Opocensky, Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong

April 27 (Mon.): Richard Ekkebus, Amber

May 11 (Mon.): Alvin Leung, Bo Innovation

May 18 (Mon.): Olivier Elzer, Seasons by Olivier Elzer

Admission is free and distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis via registration.
