Life is Movement – Hong Kong PARKOUR x DJ 2015 will see dancing and prancing galore at the so-called Movement Lab in San Po Kong this Saturday.
Acquired by the Hong Kong Parkour Association last summer, the former industrial space is now packed to the rafters with metal rails, wooden crates and squishy mats, all waiting for you to come cripple yourself on.
Try your hand at the athletic free-running style that originated from French military training, or sit back, soak up the eclectic DJ beats and watch the experts at work.
