A woman was spotted at a Kowloon Tong MTR station platform taking her shirt off, then putting it back on, before heading towards the escalators like she didn’t have a care in the world, much to the bewilderment of onlookers.
One man managed to catch the incident on camera yesterday morning reports Apple Daily (though we’re not sure taking your shirt off in public is any worse than filming someone taking their shirt off in public).
An MTR spokesman said that if a person is a nuisance to other passengers or exhibits indecent behaviour, then they can be fined up to HKD5,000.
