Hong Kong’s beautiful, rich and famous joined global celebrities like Gwyneth Paltrow and Paris Hilton to descend upon yesterday’s glitzy amfAR ball, which benefited AIDS work.
Among society’s elite was of course none other than Chai Yan Leung, the eldest daughter of Chief Executive CY Leung.
Chai Yan Leung posted this photo of herself with Paris Hilton at the ball.
She may have perhaps enjoyed herself a bit too much at the ball, appearing rather dazed and confused (but very content) while posing for cameras in a Reuters video.
The clip is cheekily titled “Smiles and stumbles at Hong Kong AIDS benefit”.
Leaning against the backdrop for support, Leung stumbled a bit as she maintained a squinty smile for the photographers.
At 0:23, the crowd is heard laughing. One photographer yells out, “Is she OK? Can she walk?”
She was eventually gently escorted away by a well-meaning man in a purple suit, walking away very slowly.
Looks like Leung had a good time!
