Forever Feathers! Hong Kong Pillow Fight Day returns on April 4

Thinking there’s going to be a dearth massively fun events in Hong Kong after this weekend’s Rugby Sevens? THINK AGAIN, and BYOP (Bring Your Own Pillow).

Now celebrating it’s fifth anniversary as Hong Kong’s best uncommercial, unofficial and most-fun-you-can-have-with-your-jam-jams-ON event, Pillow Fight Day is back.

Hurrah!

Once more, we shall unleash our cushiony wrath in a ferocious feathery frenzy at Charter Garden on Saturday April 4.

Bring your own pillow (with a case please, because feathers come from birds and birds are gross dinosaurs), wait for the signal, and take it easy (i.e. don’t be a dick and spoil it for everyone).

Fancy dress is encouraged, with PJs pretty much the minimum standard.

Coconut’s fave local blog Hong Wrong is officially NOT organising the event and therefore cannot be held responsible for any pillow-related injuries,  but will post any last-minute updates to their site and the Facebook event page in the lead up to the fun.

Please use #pillowfightday #pillowfight and share any photos and videos after the event at pillowfighthk@gmail.com.

With great vehemence and spirited fury, we shalt prepare our fleecy headrests and pronounce: “You can take our freedom, but you cannot take our pillows!”

Nuff said.
