A 33-year-old man was arrested for suspected drug trafficking in Yau Ma Tei on Friday after police intercepted him and found a small amount of pot.
The officers later escorted him to two different premises where HKD1.7 million worth of drugs was found, including 1.75 kilos of cannabis, 850 grams of hash, 630 ecstasy tablets, one kilo of molly (usually found to be a mixture of MDMA and general nasties), 1.7 kilos of meth and 700 grams of cocaine.
The man is to appear at the Kowloon City Magistrates’ Courts today.
Drug trafficking can be punished by life imprisonment and a fine of HKD5 million. Don’t do it.
