Bet you regret skipping your regular pick-up basketball sesh now!

LA Lakers rookie Jordan Clarkson made a surprise appearance at a local public basketball court in Hong Kong last week.

The point guard visited Hong Kong between June 15 and 18 to head up a four-day basketball camp hosted by Sports 360 Limited at International Christian School in Shek Mun.

In the video of the event, the crowd oohs and aahs as he effortlessly and absolutely schools the local players, most of whom are about a head shorter and at least 20 kilos lighter.

Our only question is: why wasn’t Clarkson on the skins team?!

The 23-year-old half-Filipino, half-American basketball sensation made waves when he forewent his senior year of college in order to enter the NBA draft, getting selected by the LA Lakers in the second round with the 46th overall pick.

The 1.96m-tall player, who was named to the NBA All-Rookie First Team, has said that he is proud to represent the Philippines as the lone Filipino in the NBA.
