Hong Kong actor, 79, slaps reality show co-star, 80, accusing him of faking disability (VIDEO)

Things got a little hand when four famous Hong Kong celebrities who are just a tad past their prime attended a press conference to promote their upcoming TVB reality show multilingually named “Four Amigos Bon Voyage”.

A press interview with the four stars, Patrick Tse, Kenneth Tsang, Fung Woo and Joe Junior, took a turn for the worse on Wednesday when Tse, 79, started cussing and then slapped Tsang, 80.

Woo, 83, unfortunately seated in between the slapper and the slappee, sustained some collateral damage as his surprisingly quick reflexes kicked in and he tried to defend Tsang.

Woo ended up getting hit and having his glasses broken.

The show follows the four “amigos” traveling around the world. The previous season, which did not feature slappee Tsang, was called “Three Amigos Bon Voyage”, seeing the group pass through Portugal, Turkey and Spain.

At the beginning of the press conference, Tse and Woo were having a jolly good time dancing with Russian models (since they would be visiting Russia in the upcoming season). All of a sudden, Tse stormed off and went to go sit by himself, reports Oriental Daily.

When members of the media asked what happened, Tse said it would not be suitable to talk about it at the press conference.

But despite himself, Tse could not contain his apparent annoyance at Tsang, and suddenly lashed out at Tsang, telling him, “f*** your mother”.

“At first, the travels were really fun but then there is that crippled one,” Tse said, pointing to Tsang, who uses a wheelchair.

“I don’t mind taking care of someone but I don’t believe that he has to use a wheelchair,” he continued.

“Yesterday, I saw a report that he claimed he had a nosebleed for four hours, normal people would f***ing die after a four-hour nosebleed!” he added, implying that Tsang exaggerated his own ill health.

At this point, Tse could not contain his anger any more, and got up to slap Tsang.

“I know you are not [crippled]. I know you are still very active. Don’t lie to me!”

In the heat of the skirmish, Tsang’s hearing aid went flying across the room.

Afterwards, Tsang told reporters that he can slap Tsang whenever and wherever he so pleased.

According to local media, Tse was frustrated about Tsang’s performance in the show, claiming that he had abused his disability to gain empathy from staff, and asked for more assistance than he really needed.

The video, of course, was shared widely the instant it went live, with many Hongkongers suspecting that it was all just a publicity stunt.

“They’re both 80 years old, how could they be that childish?” wrote one commenter.

Of course, publicity stunt or not, we are now forced to tune into the show to see what’s really going on between Tse and Tsang…
