Next time you go on an adventure, you may want to consider various locations to establish your own vineyard. Or, just come to The Flying Winemaker’s Intrepid Wine tasting next Tuesday and sample the outcome of such an escapade.
For just HKD100, you’ll get to taste seven wines that have been delicately crafted by “fruit technologist” and world explorer, Steve Pellet – who travelled the world in his van, Stanley, before finally deciding to set up a vineyard in the Awatere Valley, New Zealand.
It’s alright for some, we suppose.
Sip on Pellet’s Intrepid label, an alternate restaurant-targetted line that comes from the Stanley Estates (named after the van!).
Their tipples have received awards and sell worldwide, so come out of your Tuesday hiding hole and taste a “wine with a sense of adventure”.
