Man arrested after slashing colleague who accused him of molesting his girlfriend

Yesterday morning a 48-year-old man was arrested after slashing the arm of his 38-year-old colleague in Mong Kok.

The two had just alighted from an employee shuttle bus at Argyle Street in Mong Kok at about 1:30am when the argument erupted, reports Apple Daily.

The younger man, surnamed Wong, accused the older man, surnamed Tse, of making inappropriate moves on his girlfriend.

Suddenly Tse reportedly pulled out a Swiss Army knife and slashed Huang right arm with a two-inch blade, causing him to bleed profusely.

Tse fled the scene but was later caught by police, who found the knife on him. He was arrested on suspicion of wounding.

Huang then walked in the direction of Kwong Wah Hospital, leaving behind a 300-metre-long trail of blood.

As he walked, he said: “I’m going to report this to the police straight away. That way I’ll definitely be able to report the crime.”

He eventually encountered the police officers who received the report.

They sent him to hospital, where he was treated for a serious wound.
