Food and drink lovers rejoice! This Saturday, November 14, grab your friends and head to “Cheers for Fashion Walk” and spend the day enjoying fantastic food and drink pairings, tastings and workshops.

Coinciding with Hong Kong Wine & Dine Month, this event showcases al fresco dining along the newly renovated Food Street in Fashion Walk, Causeway Bay.

It’s your opportunity to learn about (and taste, of course) your favorite drinks and the dishes that make them pop. Some of the most renowned names in the industry will be on hand to lead workshops and tastings and introduce foodies to exclusive pairing menus.

If your foodie status is still at the fast food level, don’t worry. After this event you won’t have to choose wine by the cool designs on the label. And prepare to impress your friends when you suddenly know what dishes go best with stout, ale and IPA.

With the Tasting Pass (HKD120) you’ll receive vouchers to spend on a combination of tastings (HKD40) and workshops (HKD80). Or, if pausing for a workshop seems like one less opportunity to drink, just learn by doing and spend all your vouchers on tastings.

The Tasting and Dining Pass (HKD480) you’ll receive HKD520 vouchers to spend on tastings (HKD40), workshops (HKD80) and a pairing meal (HKD360) at Fashion Walk’s exclusive Food Street dining partners.

There will be tempting al fresco spreads, from Italian tasting menus to Japanese Robatayaki, all with a minimum of 3 courses and two drinks.

Marbling by Mr. Steak

Bestbev will be supplying Hong Kong’s favorite artisanal, organic craft beers and EAT.it will offer workshops such as “Home Bartending with Campari” and “Prosecco Tasting and Pairing” alongside their three-course menu and tastings by the glass of Italian wine and beer. Marbling by Mr. Steak is set to offer wine tastings and options of aged ribeye steak or lobster for their unique pairing.
