For those of us who aren’t lucky enough to have a flat overlooking the harbour, it’s a bloody nightmare trying to find a good spot to see the famous CNY fireworks (happening on Feb. 9 this year). A less stressful alternative would be to book a table at either Wooloomooloo Prime (TST) or Wooloomooloo Steakhouse (TST East). Diners at Wooloomooloo Prime (TST) will be able to feast upon the Boston Lobster Tower, Trio of Duck, Spanner Crab Chowder, Australian Lamb Loin Provencal, Char-grilled Wagyu Sirloin and Coconut and Lemongrass Panna Cotta for an eye-watering HKD1,288 per guest. Alternatively, those who opt to go a little less posh at Wooloomooloo Steakhouse (TST East) can indulge in the likes of Blackened Prawns with Grilled Endive and Tomato, Lobster Bisque, Pan-fried Monkfish Fillet, Grilled Australian Beef Tenderloin and a special Dessert Temptation for the much more reasonable HKD650 per person.
