A Hong Kong father has melted hearts all around the world with an adorable home video, which shows his young daughter enjoying a 4D home cinema of sorts courtesy of first-person footage of a mountain bike ride, a toddler’s push tricycle, and her father’s upper-body strength.
Since Newman Chan uploaded the clip at around 8pm yesterday, his post has been liked 21,500 times and shared 35,870 times.
In the video, Chan can be seen holding his young daughter, Wai Wai, in a push tricycle while shaking and turning the toy to match the POV mountain bike ride on their television.
And, because safety comes first – Wai Wai is even kitted out in a helmet that looks to be about 10 sizes too big for her. Aaaw.
Netizens from all over the world have been commenting in admiration for Chan’s efforts to please his daughter, and commended his apparently laid-back and fun brand of parenting. Others can practically be heard cooing at adorable little Wai Wai and her squeals of delight.
