Looking back at the Nepal earthquake a year later (PHOTOS)

On April 25, 2015, Nepal was rocked by a 7.8-magnitude earthquake, killing more than 8,000 people and destroying much of its priceless cultural heritage. Three million people were displaced after the initial earthquake, their homes either destroyed or rendered unsafe.

Here’s a look back at the aftermath of the earthquake:
