The victim, surnamed Muhammad, was walking near Block 4 of Kai Tak Mansion when the attack occurred, SCMP reports. Some of the men were armed with knives.

A local resident spotted Muhammad lying on the ground at a bus stop near St Joseph’s Anglo-Chinese Primary School and contacted the police at around 1:28am; Muhammad was then taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
