Chungking Mansions, Tsim Sha Tsui
Tall tales circulated round the city with yesterday’s April’s Fool, including a tourist plan for Tsim Sha Tsui to transform Chungking Mansions into a 17-storey infant formula and Ferrero Rocher emporium, port-a-potties installed along Hankow Road, and a “loud carriage” for mainland tourists on the MTR concocted by the city’s bloggers.
Google also joined in with a “shelfie” (Shareable Selfie) feature that lets you share your selfie with your friends as a Gmail custom theme “so they can enjoy looking at you as much as you do.” Almost believable!
