Domestic helper arrested for stealing jewellery worth over HK$100,000 from employer

Police have arrested a domestic helper, 31-year-old Tutik, who allegedly stole more than HK$100,000 worth of jewellery from her employer.

The employer reported to the police three rings, two necklaces and six bracelets worth HK$106,000 in her drawer missing. Police then found pawn shop receipts in the helper’s room and have arrested her for further investigation.
