Quandrantids meteor shower tomorrow

Here’s an idea for a romantic date night — tomorrow evening, there will be a quandrantid meteor shower that peaks at 3:30am.

You will be able to see as many as dozens of meteors falling down the night sky in the east of Hong Kong if you get away from the city lights. Normally, there are as many as 120 meteors but that’d be impossible to see in Hong Kong due to severe light pollution.

This annual shower has one of the highest predicted hourly rates of all the major showers, and will be quite lively. Suggested viewing locations include the Sai Kung Reservoir and Tong Fuk Beach on Lantau.
